It is a major health problem affecting millions of women’s throughout the world. It is a hushed disorder with an enormous effect on women’s quality of life and it is frequent condition for gynecological surgery. It was first recorded on the Kahun papyri (ancient Egyptian text) .Hippocrates and most of ancient physician described numerous nonsurgical treatments for this condition.
